The game will pick the stat from the follower who has the highest level in said stat, and ignote all other charactor's levels in that stat. It should be mentioned that followers DO NOT STACK the same stat. In a home you can deposit and witchdraw your followers in the "Manage" menu, by clicking on a follower and pressing "Seperate," based on if you need them for your current task or not. I sugest making the camp a little south of the "City Of Hawkoria" on the little brown hill, since it is in the general area where most of the cities are. After making the camp, click on it, and click "Manage" and make it your new home. To build a home you need to the "City Of Hawkoria's" middle right side "Millitary District's" 3rd tab and buy a "Deed: Plains of Hawkoria" from the man there. If you have the max number of 4 followers, you can abandon one of them to make space for hiring another follower, or you can do the smart thing which is to build home. I altso sugest you recruit a "Page" aswell, who gives a bonus in leadership like the "Tabard" does. To help you get it, I sugest you get a "Hemp Short Tabard" that can be bought in the "City Of Hawkoria's" bottom right corner "Merchants' Disctrict's" 4th shop tab from the clothing lady. Hovering over the difficulty level shows what % chance there is of a 0,5 increase in the stat, based on how high a difficulty it is compared to your current level in the stat.
To increase your leadership stat, you need to recruit followers at inns.
